Sally needed assistance with a claim she had made with the Employment Tribunal. Part of the client’s claim was rejected in the Preliminary hearing but the unlawful deduction claim was able to proceed to the full hearing. Sally was one of many employees who had their salary decreased due to the withdrawal of bonuses and lunch pay. Due to Citizens Advice Havering (CAH) finding case law which directly reflected her claim, Sally was able to reach a settlement agreement for the sum of £23,000.
