Adviceline Supervisor

 

Salary: £32,262.60 pro rata.  Actual salary £12,905.04.

Location: Hybrid

Contract:  Permanent

Hours of work: flexible between 9 am and 6 pm but unsocial hours might be required. 

Part-time, 14 hours per week over two days.  Working hours for a full-time post are 35. 

Open to job share.

33 days paid holidays (including statutory holidays) pro rata.

Citizens Advice Havering (CAH) was set up in 1939 and has a long and successful history of providing advice to the residents of Havering and campaigning on the issues that affect them.   CAH is amongst the smaller local Citizens Advice (LCAs) and as such has to work hard to meet demand with limited resources. 

 

We are seeking an Adviceline Supervisor to manage, support and advise staff and volunteers who provide front line services to clients.  The successful applicant will be personable, with excellent communication skills, who can adapt to and manage change.  This is a crucial role; the Adviceline Supervisor is responsible for the effective delivery of our telephone services, always ensuring that advice is good quality and meets the needs of clients and communities.
