Citizens Advice Havering are situated downstairs in the library on Tuesdays at Harold Hill Hub, so there’s no need to join the queue upstairs - just follow the signs to the library reception desk!

Havering Council is proposing to cut all funding to Citizens Advice Havering. If this happens, it could well mean the service will have to close.

We have found that we can help a majority of our clients ever the phone however, we may see clients face to face should it be necessary to do so. Please follow the steps below so that we can discuss your needs and determine the best way forward for your case and circumstances.

INITIAL NEED ASSESSMENT
We will provide the right information and walk you through the steps you need to take in some instances your case may need a specialist or it’s not an area we can help you with. In this circumstance, we may refer you to other organizations that can help you.

LOCAL SUPPORT NUMBER
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 10 am-12:30 pm
Tuesday 10 am – 4 pm
Thursday 1 pm– 3:30 pm
NATIONAL SUPPORT NUMBER
Monday to Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
If you call the local number out of hours or our advisers are busy, you will automatically be transferred to the national number for support.
